L’angolo di Parin
“The family tradition for the Piedmontese cuisine Suppo begins with John, said Parin. By the end of last century to today, the culinary passion has been passed through generations until Massimo Bonavero, master chef and owner of Parin. We offer simple dishes, wholesome, classic rituals, as befits the Piedmontese character, a little ‘shy and no frills.”
The best compromise between quality and price. Saturday I enjoyed a black truffle menu (of course accompanied by red house wine) and I paid only 25 euros. Staff very cordial and elegant, the local very homely and welcoming. Piedmontese cuisine truly sophisticated, extensive menu.
